Ordering is easy! Browse our fan bundles on the Shop page, select your desired bundle, and add it to your cart. Follow the checkout process to enter your shipping details and complete your payment. You’ll receive an order confirmation email right away.

Currently, we ship exclusively to Canada and the United States. We’re working on expanding to more regions. Stay tuned by subscribing to our newsletter for updates on international shipping.

We process orders quickly! If you need to make changes, please contact us at info@maisonmerch.ca or call +1 (343) 500-2866 within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, we cannot guarantee changes can be made before the order ships.

Yes! You’ll receive an automated order confirmation email immediately after checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Yes — we love supporting event organizers, schools, clubs, and diaspora associations. Reach out to us at info@maisonmerch.ca with your event details and required quantities and we’ll put together a custom quote.

Standard shipping within Canada typically takes 5–10 business days. Shipping to the United States takes 7–14 business days. Processing time is 1–3 business days before your order ships.

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 CAD within Canada and the USA. Orders under $75 CAD are subject to a flat shipping rate, which is calculated at checkout.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to track your package in real time.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@maisonmerch.ca with your order number and photos of any damage. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and make it right.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition with original packaging. To initiate a return, email us at info@maisonmerch.ca with your order number and reason for return.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank to process the refund.

For returns due to a defect or our error, we’ll cover the return shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.
